The foundations of the Bayer salary system were introduced about 20 years ago now as a very progressive system in a business environment where many Japanese companies had age-based salary systems, and ahead of the large corporations and other companies in the pharmaceutical industry representative of Japan.  Immediately after Bayer introduced this system, it was even the subject of an article in a certain management magazine.
Bayer has a history of more than 100 years in Japan and since its arrival here, the company has provided various human resource development programs and labour environments that are easy to work in.  In addition, Bayer has also created a novel and progressive personnel system and salary system.
