Through the self-reporting system, a specific individual cultivation plan is prepared and
implemented in regard to the development of capabilities approved in discussions with the
supervisor. Basically, the employee and supervisor emphasize the concept of human resource
cultivation through ordinary work and place value on cultivation through actual work (OJT = on the
job training). Apart from OJT too, the company also provides various
training programs, which
support the development of the capabilities of all employees.
