Bayer Training System
Bayer has prepared various enhanced training programs for the development of all employees’ capabilities. The training system is classified into the 3 main categories shown below.
1 ‐ Self-development style training provided equally to all employees.
2 ‐ By position mandatory training that employees take when entering the company or when promoted to a management level position.
3 ‐ Selective style training that employees can take based on a recommendation from heads of Business Units or division.
